The Chillicothe Police Department responded to calls through the Christmas Holiday. The report includes two arrests on Christmas Eve.
4:35 PM, Officers responded to the 10 block of Third Street for a Domestic Disturbance in progress. Officers arrested a man who was later taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
7:27 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of Washington Street for a possible vehicular assault. Officers spoke with the victim and have identified a suspect. While on scene, Officers arrest a man for an outstanding Livingston County warrant. The male was unable to post the required bond and transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
