In Carroll and Chariton Counties, more significant icing is expected, from 2/10th to 3/10th of an inch.
Road conditions could be very slick. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, blanket, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. And make sure to have your phone and charger with you to call for assistance if needed.
