State Troopers report one accident and one arrest in the area Counties Friday.
A three-vehicle accident early Friday morning in Clinton County left a Brookfield man with moderate injuries. State Troopers report the accident happened about 12:15 am on Interstate 35 near Lathrop as vehicles were stopped because of a previous accident. Fifty-six-year-old Jerry Yochim of Brookfield and another car were stopped when 30-year-old Juana Tores of Minnesota ran into the Yochim vehicle and one other. Tores and the other driver were not injured. Yochim had moderate injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.
A Kansas City man was arrested early this morning in Linn County. State Troopers arrested 34-year-old Kent Brown of Kansas City for alleged Driving While Revoked. He was processed roadside and released.
