The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 56 calls for service Sunday. Some of the calls include:
09:45 AM, a traffic stop near Green Street and US 65 ended with a driver cited for driving while suspended, failure to display plates, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
11:41 AM, Officers spoke to a person about an assault. Officers determined the crime occurred outside of the Chillicothe Police jurisdiction, and assisted the person with contacting the proper agency.
1:20 PM, Officers spoke with an individual at the Police Department about possible Identity Theft, the investigation is ongoing.
6:58 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of Samuel Street reference an out-of-control juvenile. The juvenile had calmed when the mother and Officers arrived. Officers were able to calm the situation further and explain to the mother to contact the juvenile office to get further assistance for the juvenile’s behavioral issues.
