The Missouri Highway Patrol reports two accidents and four arrests in the area counties Tuesday.
At about 4:50 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Bryson Fattig of St Joseph following an accident on Missouri Highway 6 in Altamont. According to the report, Fattig was westbound and ran off the right side of the road, striking a utility pole. He was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. He was arrested for alleged DWI with drugs, possession of marijuana, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was released for treatment.
At about 5:35 pm in Caldwell County, an accident on Route A at Wolf Creek Drive near Breckenridge left 57-year-old William D Gardner of Wheeling with moderate injuries. State Troopers report Gardner was northbound on Route A and ran off the east side of the road and his vehicle overturned multiple times. He was not wearing a safety belt and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment. Gardner was also arrested on multiple charges, including alleged failure to register as a sex offender, DWI, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, no valid plates, failure to transfer title, no insurance, and no seatbelt. He was released for medical treatment.

At about 7:50 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 51-year-old Jennifer Manning of Hamilton on a Dekalb County warrant for alleged passing a bad check. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
In Linn County at about 7:40 pm, Troopers arrested 24-year-old Shawn Kane of Salt Lake City for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. He was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and released.
