A Bi-Literacy Certificate program has been introduced at the Chillicothe High School. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says this will be valuable for the students who pursue the achievement.
Wiebers says students earning the Seal OF Bi-Literacy don’t just know the language, but have become proficient in its use.
The presentation at the School Board meeting was made by CHS Principal Dan Nagel.
