Maintaining Good Mental Health

Good mental health includes both intellectual and emotional well being.  Gina Lucas from the University of Missouri Extension says intellectual health includes the performance of mental functions.

Lucas says our emotional health may be more complex.

She says a Healthy Self-Concept is also important.  You should focus on YOU and not compare yourself to others.
