A former Chillicothe man wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged possession of Child Pornography was arrested Wednesday in Johnson County, Kansas. Sheriff Steve Cox says 32-year-old Zachary Kerns is held in Kansas on several warrants. They include the Livingston County warrant for alleged four counts of possession of child pornography. This warrant has no bond allowed. He is also wanted on a Livingston County probation violation warrant with bond of $5,000.
The State of Missouri also has a warrant for Kerns for an alleged parole violation.
