The City of Chillicothe set the rates for the COBRA health insurance for former employees that want coverage for up to 18 months. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the rate saw a 5% decrease from last year.
Auditor Hannah Fletcher says the COBRA rate dropped from $719 to $696. The rate was approved by the council on a 5/0 vote
