The Chillicothe City Council will have a special CLOSED Session meeting this afternoon for a real estate matter. The meeting will take place at 3:00 pm at the CMU meeting room.
The purpose of the meeting is for confidential or privileged information between governmental bodies and/or the leasing, purchase or selling of real estate by the city where knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration.
