An Engineering Services Contract for the City-Owned Railroad in the Industrial Park was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. City Attorney Robert Cowherd explains:
Cowherd says McClure Engineering has already done about $4,500 of work. The contract approved by the council is for an amount not to exceed $11,500.
The Council approved the contract on a vote of 5/0.
