The Chillicothe City Council approved McKliney and Company as the financial advisor on the financing of the Street Project. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the recommendation to the council was based on the Requests for Qualifications or RFQs received.
After a brief discussion, the council approved the recommendation of the City Administrator.
