President’s Day is a holiday for the employees at Chillicothe Municipal Utilities, and that is on Monday. CMU Refuse Director Troy Figg says they will not pick-up trash on Monday. The Monday Trash routes will be picked-up on Tuesday, along with the regular Tuesday Trash Routes.
