Seven were taken to the Department of Corrections on court order. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department received orders to transfer the detainees to either serve a sentence or attend a program.
34-year-old Ronald M. Harris of Chillicothe was sentenced to 4 years on a conviction for Tampering with a motor vehicle.
20-year-old Devin Keithley of Chillicothe was sentenced to4 years for a Probation Violation – Property Damage and 5 years for a Probation Violation – Tampering. The sentences are to be served consecutively.
31-year-old James Laughlin of Chillicothe was sentenced to 7 years and an ITP Program for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
29-year-old Tyler Bitters of Kansas City was sentenced to 3 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
36-year-old Colton Duncan of Chillicothe was sentenced to 7 years and an ITP program for Possession Controlled Substance.
31-year-old Michael Lent of Chillicothe was sentenced to 7 years and an ITP program for Endangering Welfare of Child.
46-year-old Traci Yates of Easton was sentenced to 7 years and an ITP program for Probation Violation – Terrorist Threats.
