State Troopers report a couple of accidents and arrests Wednesday.
At 9:30 am, a single-vehicle accident in Carroll County left the driver with minor injuries. The accident happened at about 9:30 am, when 37-year-old Christopher Grimpo was southbound on Route B and slid off the road, hitting a drainage ditch. Grimpo was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for treatment. He was wearing a safety belt.
A two-vehicle accident near Cameron left one driver with minor injuries. State Troopers report the accident happened about 5:00 pm as 32-year-old Tara Richardson was northbound on Bob Griffin Road and 42-year-old Johnny Templeton was westbound on Grand Avenue and struck the Richardson vehicle. Templeton was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries and was not wearing a safety belt. Richardson was arrested at the scene for alleged failing to yield at a stop sign and driving while revoked and on numerous warrants from Linn and Caldwell County and Cameron Police. She was taken to the Clinton County Jail.
A Green City man was arrested just before Noon Wednesday. State Troopers report 35-year-old Jeremiah Hurdle was arrested in Sullivan County for alleged domestic assault and burglary. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
