The Missouri Department of Conservation will have a Spring Wild Mushroom program on March 12th. The virtual program is put on by the staff of the Runge Nature Center.
The program is from 1:00 to 2:00 pm and is available for all ages.
MDC’s State Botanist and Missouri Mycological Society’s Mid-Missouri President Malissa Briggler, will have the presentation about mushrooms that pop up in the spring – including the very popular morel.
