The Chillicothe Police Department report several arrests and investigations Monday. They responded to 93 calls for service. Some of the calls include:
12:13 AM, Officers located a suspicious vehicle parked behind the 500 block of Park Ln. Officers watched the vehicle for further activity, while conducting surveillance on the vehicle, a man jumped out of a dumpster. Officers made contact with the man and found he was wanted on a warrant, He was also found in possession of illegal narcotics, charges are pending.
7:53 AM, Officers responded near Polk and Miller Street for an animal running loose. Officers contacted the dog’s owner and issued a warning for dogs at large.
1:03 PM, Officers responded near the area of Webster and Woodward Street for a suspicious male. Officers contacted the male and issued a warning for trespassing.
1:20 PM, Officers responded to the Probation and Parole Office with an arrest warrant. Officers arrested a man who was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
2:51 PM, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Washington Street for a report of a subject who was unresponsive. They arrived to find the person was in possession of illegal narcotics. They were transported to Hedrick Medical Center for further treatment and charges are pending for the narcotics.
