A single-vehicle accident in Chariton County Saturday morning left a Rothville man with moderate injuries. State Troopers report 20-year-old Ethan Bell of Rothville was northbound on Route E, east of Sumner, when he ran off the right side of the road and struck an embankment and his vehicle overturned. Bell was not wearing a safety belt and had moderate injuries. He was taken to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe for treatment.
