A recent Livingston County court appearance by a Chillicothe man led to additional charges. Wednesday, Livingston county Chief Deputy Michael Claypole took 32-year-old Kurt M Bohonsky of Chillicothe into custody following a court appearance for alleged failure to follow bond requirements on an alleged drug possession charge. Claypole reported as they searched Bohonsky, they found a baggie of alleged meth on his person. Bohonsky was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. A report was sent to the prosecuting attorney for consideration on additional charges.
