The Chillicothe girls soccer team won their second game in a row, beating
Mid-Buchanan 5 to 0. Mid-Buck is in their first year of girls soccer, and this was just their second ever game.
Chillicothe scored twice in the first half. Lucy Reeter scored in the 31st minute off a Rylee Washburn assist. Allison Ishmael scored eight minutes later off a Reeter assist.
In the second half, Juliann Gabrielson scored in the 46th minute off a Julia Stimpson assist, then Reeter completed her “Hat Trick” with goals in the 60th minute off an Allison Ishmael assist and in the 77th minute off a Chloe Funk assist.
The Lady Hornet defense not only had the shut out, Mid Buck didn’t have any shots on goal. Goalie Allie Italiano had the shut out with NO saves on goal, a unique stat in soccer.
The CHS JV also won 2-0 with goals from Ericka Kroll and Delanie Kieffer.
Goalie Hadley Beemer also had the shut out with no saves on goal.
