One arrest and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Thursday.
9:20 am, investigated a parking complaint on 15th Terrace. Officers contacted the residents and they will move vehicle.
10:30 am, Officer assisted Children’s Division on an investigation.
11:00 am, Officer arrested Spencer Pittman in the 10 block of Washington Street, on a probation/parole violation warrant. Pittman was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
8:00 pm, officers took a report of trespassing in 500 block of Elm St. They gone when the officers arrived.
9:30 pm, Officers responded to the area of Calhoun and Woodward in reference to a reported disturbance. They were unable to locate a victim.
