The Chillicothe City Council will hold a public hearing on an ally and consider approval of the April 6th election results as they meet Monday. The meeting will be at 6:30 pm in the conference room at CMU.
The agenda begins with payroll and invoices.
A public hearing will be held to vacate an alley behind the property at 1002 North Washington. The abandoned alley runs north from Polk Street. The request to vacate the alley was made by Jarrod Marshall.
The City Clerk will present the April 6th election results for consideration by the council.
The City Administrator will present the contract with Allgeier Martin & Associates for engineering services.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
