An ATV accident in Caldwell County left a Plattsburg teen with moderate injuries Sunday afternoon. State Troopers report, at about 1:40 pm the ATV driven by 42-year-old Nichole Burton of Kearney was southbound on 240th Street, south of Plattsburg, and struck a pothole. Burton overcorrected and the ATV overturned. The passenger, a 15-year-old girl, was taken to Liberty Hospital with moderate injuries. Burton was not injured. They were wearing helmets.
