Vacating an alley behind 1002 North Washington Street received approval from the Chillicothe
City Council following a public hearing where there were no comments from the public for or against. City Clerk Roze Frampton says Jarod Marshal is the Petitioner and he owns both lots. Frampton described the location of the alley.
The Utilities have already signed off on any restrictions or have received easements as needed.
The City Attorney clarified some wording before the vacating of the alley was approved.
