In Chillicothe Police activities from Monday, April 19th:
12:41 am Officer checking subjects in Danner Park. Subjects are now leaving.
1:05 am Officers out with a juvenile in the 600-block of West Business 36. Subject originally from Arizona but now living in Tina. Officers returned the subject to Carroll County Sheriff’s Department at County line.
12:32 pm, Officers out in the 1700 block of Hickory Drive with a resident having anxiety issues. The subject has sought mental assistance from a doctor and is alright at this time.
2:08 pm, Officers monitored traffic on US 36 for reported disturbance inside a westbound vehicle. The described vehicle was not observed.
3:01 pm, Officer speaking to subject on phone in reference property division. Officer explained options.
5:03 pm, Subject in Police Department to turn themselves in on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear on original charge of an animal ordinance violation. Subject posted bond and was given a new Court date.
7:05 pm, Subject reporting their social media account has been hacked. Subject at Police Department for a report and was found to have an active warrant for their arrest. A report was taken and the subject posted bond on the warrant and was released.
PD Officers attended a day-long training activity at the Emergency Services building.
