A seal coating project on route 190 in Livingston County, announced on Monday, has now been delayed. A Missouri Department of Transportation press release says the seal coat work on Route 190 from U.S. 65 in Chillicothe to eight miles west of U.S. Route 65, just west of Route N has been delayed to April 28th through May 3rd.
The work was originally scheduled to begin this week. No reason for the delay was provided
