The Chillicothe Municipal Utilities annual Citywide Clean-up had a good turnout, despite three of the four days having weather challenges. CMU Refuse Superintendent Troy Figg says he was pleased.
Figg says the clean-up gives them better control of what happens with the materials collected.
He says the numbers were down a bit from last year, but they were also keeping a closer eye on who was coming to dispose of the items. This was for Chillicothe residents only.
