The Chillicothe Lady Hornets Soccer team picked up another shut-out win, beating Cameron on the road 8-0.
Six different players scored for the Lady Hornets.
Julia Stimpson scored in the 4th minute on a penalty kick, Lucy Reeter in the 9th minute off a Stimpson assist, Juliann Gabrielson in the 19th minute off a Reeter assist and Sophia Luetticke off an Ellie Barnett assist in the 22nd minute.
In the second half, Allison Ishmael scored in the 44th minute, Luetticke in the 58th minute and Allison Ishmael in the 71st minute, all three were set up by Reeter assists.
The final goal was by Avery Baxter off a Londin Edds assist in the 73rd minute.
Chillicothe goalkeeper had one save and her eighth shut out of the season.
Coach Jimmy Chapman was proud of his team’s effort and intensity. He also spoke highly of Cameron’s goalkeeper who had 20 saves on the night.
