Two area residents were arrested by State Troopers Tuesday.
At about 9:55 am in Dekalb County, Troopers arrested 37-year-old Donald Edwards of Chillicothe on a St. Charles County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a traffic violation. He posted bond and was released.
At about 2:35 pm in Linn county, Troopers arrested 44-year-old Aaron W Poe of Brookfield for alleged failure to register as a sex offender and speeding in a construction zone. He was processed and released
