A zoning change for the old Garrison School property was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. The change is from Public Use – which includes schools, to Multi Use – which includes Churches. Zoning Officer Kevin Shira told the council the property is owned by House of Prayer.
Shira explains how the property will be used.
House of Prayer has raised about three-quarters of the funds needed for their project.
