Mason Baxter scored two goals to help the Hornets Soccer team to their first win of the season. The Hornets beat St Joseph Lafayette at home 3-0.
Baxter scored off a Jacob Chapman assist in the 12th minute and had an unassisted goal in the 36th minute. Drake Cosgrove scored in the 43rd minute off a Chace Corbin assist to round out the scoring. The Hornets were active on offense with 11 shots on goal while Lafayette had just two shots, both saved by Daniel Hedrick.
