State Troopers report three arrests for the local counties on Friday.
At about 7:45 pm, two Polo men were arrested in Ray County. Troopers arrested 21-year-old Seth Pate for alleged possession of a controlled substance. They also arrested 20-year-old Nathan C Minnis for alleged possession of a controlled substance. They were both processed at the Ray County Jail and released.
At about 8:20 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Leah A Landers of East Moline, IL for alleged DWI, 2 counts of child endangerment, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, and no insurance. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
