Memorial Day Services at the Wheeling Cemetery will be held Sunday afternoon. The program will begin at 1:30. The Color Guard will be members of the VFW and American Legion and their Auxiliary. The event will conclude with a wreath-laying ceremony. The public is encouraged to come out for this annual event.
