A 22-year-old Chillicothe man was arraigned Friday in Livingston County Associate Court, on charges of alleged Domestic Assault and Rape. Roger Dale Cain was arrested by Chillicothe Police Thursday on a warrant. Cain is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000 cash only.
A bond hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1st at 1:00 pm.
