The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning board will consider a zoning change when they meet Monday. The meeting will be at 5:30 pm in the council chambers at City Hall.
A petition has been submitted to amend the zoning at 72 Hickory Street from I-1 Light Industrial to R-3 High Density / Multi-Family Residential.
The recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Board will be forwarded to the Chillicothe City Council for final approval.
