Three people were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston county. Sheriff Steve Cox says that includes:
Thirty-year-old Sharon Marie Shoop of Kirksville booked in to serve a 48-hour sentence on a Chillicothe charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was from an incident that occurred in June of last year.
Forty-nine-year-old Walter Franklin Spunaugle was arrested by Chillicothe Police Officers for alleged assault, for an incident that occurred on June 1st. He is held with bond set at $10,000 – cash only.
Thirty-six-year-old Brandon L Swindell was arrested by Chillicothe Police Officers for alleged DWI, Driving While Suspended or Revoked, Assault, and Resisting Arrest. He is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
