An Altamont teen had minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident Friday in Caldwell County. State Troopers report the accident happened Friday morning on NE Medows Lane, west of Breckenridge when 18-year-old Kiah Price of Altamont was eastbound and lost control on the gravel road. She overcorrected, ran off the north side of the road, and struck an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn, coming to rest on its wheels. Price was wearing a seat belt and was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment.
