The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 133 calls for service Monday. Some of the calls include answering questions for local residents or assisting other agencies.
12:31 a.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a medical call in the 500 block of Samuel St.
1:23 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about an on-going investigation at the Police Department.
3:27 p.m., Officers conducted follow-up on an investigation in the 1300 block of Waterworks Rd.
4:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a collapsed shed in the 300 block of Jackson St. Officers were assisted by CMU.
4:46 p.m., Officers were dispatched to trespassing in the 2600 block of Fair St. Officers contacted the person and they left without further incident.
5:39 p.m., Officers took a report of tampering with a witness in the 500 block of St. Louis Ave. The investigation is on-going.
