A Jefferson City man on the Livingston County Most Wanted list was arrested in Iowa on Friday. Twenty-five-year-old Casey Scott Welch was arrested in Union County Iowa on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance.
He will be extradited and when he arrives in Livingston County, Sheriff Steve Cox says he will be served three additional arrest warrants for alleged Possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI, and driving while revoked.
Welch was first arrested in June of 2020 and released in July of 2020. He has been on the most wanted list since shortly after that time.
