The Missouri Highway Patrol handled Arrests and Accidents In the area Counties.
A two-vehicle accident in Keytesville left a driver and passenger with moderate injuries Sunday afternoon. State Troopers report the accident happened as 22-year-old Trey Duff of Keytesville was southbound and pulled into the path of a westbound pick-up resulting in a collision. Duff and his passenger, 19-year-old Mackenzie Davis of Brunswick were taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of moderate injuries. The driver of the pick-up was not injured.
An accident in Carroll County Saturday left the driver with minor injuries. The accident on Highway 10, near County road 141 happened as 22-year-old Evan Glaze of Norborne was westbound and skidded off the road, struck a sign, went airborne, and hit the ditch. His car overturned. He was wearing a safety belt and was taken to Ray County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
State Troopers report two arrests for the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday, Troopers in Grundy County arrested 19-year-old Tyler Winterbower of St. Joseph for alleged no valid license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, false impersonation, and on warrants for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged stolen vehicle. He was held at the Grundy County Jail.
Sunday, Troopers in Clay County arrested 38-year-old Jason M Potter of Braymer on a warrant from the US Marshals Office. He was held with no bond allowed.
