The Chillicothe R-II School District approved a budget that includes $26.4 million in revenue and $23.4 million in expenditures. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says it is a very healthy budget.
Wiebers says the school Board hopes to end the upcoming school year with reserves of around 29.17%
Wiebers says the district will be careful with how Stimulus funds are utilized.
The budget also includes an approximate Cost of Living increase of 3.5%
The 2021/22 Chillicothe R-II School District budget takes effect July 1st.
