A Norborne man was arrested late Wednesday night in Carroll County. State Troopers arrested 19-year-old Aaron Lewis of Norborne for alleged DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the road, no seatbelt, and a headlight violation. Lewis was processed at the Carroll County Sheriff’s office and released.
