The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports arresting a Montreal, Missouri man on several charges Friday night in Grundy County.
The Patrol arrested 28-year-old Bradley Lybarger just after 8:00 pm on a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to display valid plates, no seat belt, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana heroin and tampering with evidence.
He was taken to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.
