A Laredo Juvenile was killed in a one-vehicle accident in Grundy County Friday Afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a pick-up truck was driven by a 15-year-old Female from Laredo on Southeast 60th Street, six miles southeast of Laredo Friday at 2:50 pm when the driver lost control on Gravel, ran off the side of the road. The pick-up hit several small trees then a large tree. It then returned to the road, coming to rest blocking the road.
The driver was pronounced dead at 4:30 pm at Wright Memorial Hospital. The driver was not wearing a seat belt.
The Missouri Highway Patrol does not release the names of juveniles involved in traffic accidents.
