The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 99 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
1:41 am, Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the stop, they found that a passenger to be underage and in possession of intoxicants. The 18-year-old was arrested. After processing, the subject was advised they were free to go with a citation having been issued, but the subject was refusing to leave the police department. The subject continued to refuse after being advised to leave multiple times. The subject was arrested for trespassing, cited and then left the PD.
10:13 am, Officers received a report of an individual that drove off without paying for gas at 1200 block of N. Washington Street. The individual was contacted and said they would come back to pay for the gas.
8:53 pm, Dispatch received call of Domestic disturbance in Wheeling. PD Officer provided assistance to County Deputies and Highway Patrol at scene until the situation was resolved.
11:32 pm, Officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center in reference to a reported sexual assault case. Officer took statements and the investigation is continuing.
