The Chillicothe Fire Department and Emergency Services held special training at Chili Bay Waterpark. The fire department took advantage of the pool and lazy river to practice swift water rescue. Fire Chief Eric Reeter says they also donned protective gear for practice on a simulated chlorine leak.
The training was done before the pool was scheduled to open for the day.
