Chillicothe Police For Wednesday

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 114 calls for service Wednesday.  Some of the calls include harassment, court duties, fingerprinting details, and well-being checks.

12:49 am, Subject calling to speak with Officer and advise of items taken from a stolen vehicle.  Officer handling.

1:13 pm, Officers recovered an abandoned bicycle and other items behind a business in the 10 block of S. Washington Street.

3:45 pm, An abandoned vehicle was towed from near the entrance of the old Jerry Litton Stadium.

4:30 pm, Well-being check in the 10 block of Third Street.  Officers entered the residence and found the 70-year-old female resident to be deceased.  The coroner notified and determined death from natural causes.

6:36 pm, Subjects calling to advise that the two firearms that had been reported by them as stolen had been found.  They were only misplaced.

6:45 pm, Complaint of harassment in the 1700 block of Morningside Drive.  Officer contacted the subject and advised of the complaint.  No report.

9:04 pm, Well-being check in the 1800 block of Calhoun Street.  Subject found suffering medical issue and Emergency Services were summoned.
