The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department booked a Texas man, 46-year-old Harley Eugene Traister, into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. Traister was arrested by Livingston County Deputies for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He is held with bond set at $15,000.
