The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a 19-year-old Kansas City female on four charges Friday afternoon.
Highway Patrol Troopers arrested Kyla Polo on felony possession for synthetic cannabis, excessive speed going 96 in a 65 zone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana.
Polo was taken to Livingston County for processing and released.
