State Troopers report six arrests for the area counties over the weekend.
Sunday at about 12:50 pm. Troopers in Adair County arrested 52-year-old James M Kain of Milan for alleged driving while revoked, no insurance, and displaying plates from another vehicle. He was processed and released.
Saturday at about 10:40 pm, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 32-year-old Tyler M Ideker of Independence for alleged DWI and Speeding. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Saturday at 7:45 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 42-year-old Kevin D Horn of Independence for alleged unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, burglary, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon, stealing, and possession of a defaced weapon. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with no bond allowed.
Saturday at about 4:10 pm in Sullivan county, Troopers arrested 20-year-old Benjamine C Ewing of Kirksville for alleged possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, speeding, and no insurance. He was processed and released.
Saturday at about 10:20 am in Linn County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Wes Nathan M Manginsay of New York City for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They also arrested 19-year-old Daniel A Jose of Pacedena, MO for alleged possession of Psilocybin (magic mushrooms), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were processed and released
